I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, very large, and had comfortable beds with a spacious, well-ventilated bathroom. The view of the pool and gardens was lovely, and everything was spotlessly clean. The service was exceptional, with friendly and always helpful staff who went out of their way to make my stay special. The location was convenient, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The dining options were delicious, offering a variety of traditional Bali and North American breakfasts. The facilities were great, and overall, it was a fantastic value for money.

The hotel room, which was supposed to be a suite, turned out to be more like a dorm room with one huge bed and 2 smaller beds. It was okay but below average. The rooms are very large and well-appointed with every facility expected of the Deluxe category. The service was amazing and friendly, with staff going out of their way to assist with any request. The location is great, with only a few minutes walk to the beach and the main street with lots of restaurants and shopping. The dining experience was brilliant, with different variations every day so you don't get tired of the options.

Overall, a great value for money option with fantastic amenities and a lovely atmosphere.
